BREAKING: Trump Just Threatened to Prosecute Me

The weekend before Election Day is usually the calm before the storm. This year, it’s the storm before the storm.
On Saturday night at Mar-a-Lago, Donald Trump called out Marc Elias by name. He called Alaska’s U.S. Senate race a “Democrat con job” and said

Marc and Chuck Schumer should be “held criminally responsible.”

Meanwhile, a judge threw out Trump’s lawsuit that tried to set aside Alaskans’ ballots based on who they voted for. An appeals court again rejected the DOJ’s bid to set aside 20,000 California mail ballots, setting up a possible Supreme Court showdown. And the DOJ admitted it warned election officials in all 50 states they could face prison time.

If we’ve learned anything from the past six years, it’s that Trump doesn’t stop when he loses in court. He knows he can’t win voters back, and that’s what makes him so dangerous right now. Marc goes live tonight to break down why this is no normal election.

Trump’s Inner Circle ROCKED by DOJ PROBE…

Attorneys Brian Kabateck and Shant Karnikian discuss reports that the Justice Department is reviewing a DHS inspector general referral about Corey Lewandowski, the former Trump campaign manager who served as an unpaid special government employee advising then-Secretary Kristi Noem. The inquiry began with a $220 million DHS advertising contract and reportedly widened to whether Lewandowski used his position for personal gain. The hosts stress that these are allegations, that no charges have been announced, and that Lewandowski denies wrongdoing through his attorney, Adam Trigg, who says the Justice Department has not contacted him. According to NBC News, sources say Lewandowski twice asked detention company GEO Group to pay him, one describing a

“success fee,” and the company declined. The Wall Street Journal reported he pitched Qatar and the United Arab Emirates on paying him on the side for help with matters such as visas, and both declined. His representative says he never sought foreign government contracts or approved DHS contracts, but reports say he or close associates signed off on nearly all DHS spending over $100,000. Asked about the probe, President Trump said, “I want my people to be honest, and if they’re not going to be honest, they have to be prosecuted.” Shant and Brian wonder whether Lewandowski is being positioned as a scapegoat amid other scandals and discuss Trump’s ambivalent reaction.

Brian’s bottom line: unpaid is not the same as unconflicted, and a special government employee who signs the contracts owes the public the same honesty as anyone drawing a salary.

When Trump’s ‘FICTIONAL FRAUD’ election claims fail,
will he cry foreign meddling?

When it comes to delegitimizing the midterm elections, Donald Trump is throwing everything at the wall and seeing what sticks.
Now, Democratic lawmakers are concerned the president may play the ‘foreign interference’ card, despite no evidence of meddling.

“Frankly, he’s looking for a very close election, where there’s some murkiness in the outcome,” said Ben Rhodes, MS NOW Political and National Security analyst. “He’s clearly laying the pretext for a reason for him to get involved in the election results after the fact.”

‘Americans Want Better’ Liz Cheney
Rebukes UNSERIOUS Trump
With Shocking Midterm Prediction | N18G

Former Republican Congresswoman Liz Cheney predicted that the US House will flip towards Democrats in the midterm elections, but the Senate remains “too close to call.” Cheney voted to impeach Donald Trump following the January 6 attack and was subsequently removed from her position as chair of the House Republican Conference in May 2021.

Liz Cheney said she believed Trump would’ve been convicted if not for Mitch McConnell: “If he had voted to convict, we would’ve had enough Republicans who followed him that he would’ve been convicted. And they thought, we can get by this without having to take the tough vote.”
