South Korea is now deeply wounded by a long period of
totalitarianism of the Judicial branch and the Executive branch.
Many lawyers, law professors and some prosecutors speak up that around 30 Profiteers(모리배) in the Judicial branch and the Executive branch are trying to fail the most popular cadidate Lee, Jae Myung to become a president.
South Korean Public have found an overflowing evidence and come to realization that this is an extension of impeached president Yoon, Seok Yeol’s Martial Law on December 3rd 2024.
These suspects are under investigation by Democratic Party and
legislature branch. And one million citizens have signed for a special investigation in two days.
No one is above the law but these Judges have been above the law and put many innocent government workers, innocent politicians and innocent citizens in prison. The most painful story of all is that some prosecutors who are under this totalitarianism of the Judicial branch learned fear and dare not to stand up for their conviction.

While judges are intended to be independent in their decision-making, they are also accountable. They can be removed from office through the impeachment process, according to the United States Courts.
