절망이라는 씨앗

산봉우리가 폭발하여
불흙에 손발이
묻히고

땅이 갈라져
얼음바위가
등허리를
덮치고

마침내
최후의 순간

그때
비로소
저 밑의 지하에서
한껏 부풀은 씨앗이
터지고

강철을 밀치며
희망은 한 뼘씩
올라오는
것이다

누군가
절망을 던져놓고
우리들을 시험하는
것이었으니

넋을 놓고
주저앉아
있거나

어둠 속으로
달아날 일이
아니므로

오랜 가뭄에
단비처럼
동참하라

흔쾌히
못에 박혀 피를
흘려라

지상에 닿은
비 한 방울에도
무덤에 적신
피 한 방울
에도

화들짝 깨어나는
목숨이
있으니

그 모든 절망은
씨앗을 가득
담고 있는

부나 권력을
달라고 청하지
않겠다.


대신
식지 않는
뜨거운 열정과

희망을
바라볼 수 있는
영원히 늙지
않는

생생한 눈을
달라고
하겠다.


부나

거인

사람들은

 기도를
무엇을 구하는
것이라여기네

가까운 이의
죽음 앞에

아무것도
할 수없어
무기력할
 때

누군가로부터
버림받았을
때

사랑하는 이의
눈동자 속에서

더 이상
내 안을 비추는
따뜻한 빛

 찾을 수가
없을
때

답답함이
 세력을 얻어
숨조차 쉴 수 없을
 때

내일이 안 보이는
 깜깜함에
갇혔을
때

어딘가에 매달려
사람들은 기도하고
싶어하네

한때
내가 사랑했던
사람과

한때
내가 미워했던
사람과

한때
 나를 힘들게
했던

그 모든 벽들과
벽들이 갈라놓은
질식의 공간과

저녁의 식사와
아침의 푸른 공기 사이에
 박혀있는

갈구의 절박함

그러나 기도는
뭔가를 구하는 것이
아니라네

기도는
 또 하나의 나
내 안에 숨어있는

거인을 불러내는
 일이라네
