He later penned
a much longer treatise entitled
“Everyday Wisdom”, which was
published in 1927.
This leather-bound
book was subtitled
‘A page for every day of
the year’,
and consisted
of 365 Four Minute Essays

Praise
the LORD.

선진국에서는 Favoritism을 법으로 강력히 처벌한다.
편애주의는 후진국의 mindset, 곧 낙후된 관습이라 할 수 있다.
훼이버리트즘(편애주의)은 학교나 기업이나 공공단체에서
리더나 상관이나 교수, 문학잡지/채널 운영자 등이
자기가 좋아하는 사람이나 친구, 친척을 주기적으로
밀어주는 것을 말하며 상사의 갑질, 교수의 레슨 갑질 등
온갖 공평하지 않은 편애를말한다.
만약 금전이나 선물들이 오갔다면
법에 위배되는 일로서 피해자들은 소송하여
공정하지 못한 것을 고발할 수 있다.
Nepotism나포타즘은 낙하산을 말하는데
부모나 친척, 친구들을 통해서 직장에 취직되는
경우를 말한다. 이 역시 강력히 처벌되는 일이다.
공정성이 없는 훼이버리트즘이 회사에서
자주 일어날때 기업은 낮은 유지율을 지탱하게
되는데 이는 공평하고 공정한 규 칙이 상실됨에 따라
직원들의 능력과 성실한 직업의식을 도탄에
빠뜨리기 때문이라고 한다.

지나가고
